Feedback gevenI have heard that this restaurant also has a location in Aylmer. Unfortunately, the service here is very poor. They still managed to mess up my order. I haven't been here long, but my partner wanted to give it another try. However, this will be our last visit. Why did they give us such a terrible pizza? I will not be returning.
Quick delivery of new location on Elm. Philly cheese steak pizza. Salty, juicy, peeled, too little cheese, over price. I'd give it 3.7.
We waited for over 30 minutes to discover a big pizza only when we came home that they forget to contain cheese! Yes!
Order online as I always arrived, paid and watched my order as it pulled the queue on the screen until my as shown now. No one called my name and after more waiting I asked and no one had made my order....They offered to do it, but after my experience (See, they did it!! , I just have a refund and left. Had basically the same experience in the month before, but at least that time I was offered a voucher with my refund. I like the pizza, but if I can't even trust the staff to make my order what the point is. Time to find another pizza place.
This was the worst experience. Not only was the customer service bad, but my order was completely forgotten. I ordered a medium pizza at 5:05 pm for pick up at 6:15 pm from a London location. When I arrived at Domino's, the person at the counter, Andrew, was the staff member who took my order. Unfortunately, he neglected to input it into the system, resulting in no pizza being prepared. They said it would only take an additional 20 minutes to make one, but there was no apology or compensation offered. As a result, this establishment not only missed out on a sale, but they have also lost two customers.
