The Pita Pit - St. Thomas

Not a fan.The food is just as good as it is at other pita pits.The staff are a bunch of young girls who do not listen properly to requests. I have been in this location 4 times over the last year and a half. I won't return for a fifth review... They are so close to my office that it is an ideal location. BUT, the staff make for an ill experience.Hats in the restaurant industry are to keep your hair OUT of MY food that I PAID FOR. Not a fashion statement that allows you to have your hair all over the place under a backwards hat.The girls are not the most pleasant to work with in the first place... They don't tend to seem to have the best customer service skills, and might I add that some conversation is NOT meant for the workplace. Your gossip is not what I need to hear on my lunch break.The last time I was there it took me exactly 18 minutes. RIDICULOUS. I ended up having the girl put my wrap into a bowl because she couldnt seem to roll it properly and I didn't have the time to mess around. She didn't reapply the sauces and I mentioned it... And she continued to close the lid. I didn't have the time to contiue to discuss it with her and ask for the correct toppings as she had already wasted over 15 minutes of my time dillydallying and working slowly. Not impressed with this location at all.

Staff is always so friendly and quick to acknowledge you. The food is always VERY good and the staff is quick to make any issue resolved. Not that they ever need the recommendation but 100% love

The pitas are all excellent and the toppings are fresh!! Great place to eat healthy. I never feel disapoointed here.

Just had an amazing falafel pita. The girl behind the counter was very helpful when I asked about vegan options. Pita was fresh and delicious

My family and I frequent this store often and we are never disappointed with the service here. The place is always clean and the staff is amazing and great with the kids.
