Bad foodUnfriendly staffMerrorous order Orders were among others the double-deckerburger, which unfortunately was very tough and triefing from the meat before fat. The pommes are clearly too little and a portion was not delivered. These were totally silly and greasy, as if they were too often fried in old fat. The delivery went quite fast, but after we had identified these shortcomings and complained by phone, the delivery service came over again, wanted to see the food and refund the money. We were supposed to have eaten more than half of us on site, so they just didn't have to reimburse the entire amount. Finally, with the words (quote) “Order with us never again” 15€ from 23.50€ were refunded after negotiated. I can only recommend ordering elsewhere (e.g. at Astra Grill).

Pommes were raw. The complaint was not received. First and last time!

The staff on the phone and delivery was friendly. Unfortunately, however, at the first start not everything worked out, part of the ordered food was forgotten to supply. Were then delivered, but the food we had already got was cold until the rest came. The spaghetti Carbonara, was in itself good but the ham in it unfortunately failed.

I can only tell you that it will taste. With such a great load just missing the deserved attention
