Feedback gevenUPDATE: I filled out the form that was posted in response to my review and the manager gave me a call promptly. She was very nice and apologized. She said she would figure out where things fell short and told me to come in to have my order replaced. She happened to be here when I came in and was very nice. Went through the drive through and waited like 5 or 6 minutes for our food. Got home and they gave us chicken strips (with cheese) instead of Buffalo and through in Buffalo sauce to compensate. The girls at the window never said anything to us about them being out of Buffalo sliders. That is definitely not the same thing. Even the Buffalo sauce on the sliders is different than the ones on the packages. Disappointed.
I got a French dip with Swiss and a large fry. The sandwich was very very well made very good presentation. Curly fries have a very nasty aftertaste. Almost like the oil needed to be changed. Or at least fulford more often. Overall this was a good experience and this is definitely one of the better Arby's out there
So the drivethru is a shitshow, but it's really just in a bad spot. The food is great, I recommend going inside. It's clean and spacious! Plus, you'll be lucky if you have Glendon serve you! What a lovely man, he made a great impression!
Irielle works at Arby's at the drive thru at stafford. What a great personality and always has a smile for all her customers. She is the best employee there. Outstanding customer service!! Thank you Irielle!! You make a difference!!!
Super positive employees, I wish I remember the ladies name that assisted me the day I was there. She was flipping amazing, and made my visit there super positive!
