Love this place! It's very convenient for lunch since it's by the office. My favorite shake is the Banana Pudding, Smores, and Blueberry Cheesecake. They taste like dessert minus the sugar and calories. The lit teas are good too! It gives you so much energy. My favorite snack to get is the protein cookies! Very soft and tasty to the point where you don't taste the protein. Staff is always so nice and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend getting a shake or tea from this establishment.

I will absolutely be returning! I found this place after looking for healthy options around the area, saved it to my list on Google.The previous reviews definitely pushed me to try it!As soon as I walked in I was greeted, and it almost felt like walking into someone’s kitchen while they laughed and carried conversation. They also introduced themselves.I picked the coffee pralines and cream drink and it is amazing! I’ll be trying their other flavors soon!
