Grannys Kitchen - Stafford

I like that it is a family-run local business. Everything we ordered, including the wings and Salisbury steak, was prepared to perfection. I heartily recommend visiting here for delectable, freshly prepared cuisine!

Although I want to continue supporting this restaurant, I won't be returning. The picture shown accurately reflects my experience. On my second visit, I tried to order dessert but was informed that the owner, Granny, had left and wouldn't be back for 15 minutes to 2 hours. In her absence, no one else was allowed to handle the food or the register.

The worst service!!!Went for lunch, came out 1 1/2hr later nasty sweet tea PURE SUGAR.. and the wings werent cooked all the way and no sauce added JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE

Me and my fiancé went to Granny’s last night to try something new. He ordered the 4 piece fish&fries and i ordered the 1 piece fish &4 piece shrimp dinner. When we got there, there was only one woman leaving the establishment so we figured it wouldn’t take too long for us to get our food. Literally waited from 5:05pm-6:11pm…. WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS THERE!!! Because we waited so long, Granny thanked us for our patience by giving us two free Antone’s Sandwiches so we thought that was nice. The fish was so crunchy I could barely chew it. The shrimp were HUGE and butterflied which i love, but they were undercooked so when i bit into them, the breading was mushy. I wasn’t going to write a review, we just decided we wouldn’t ever go back. But when my fiancé opened his sandwich to eat it today, it was molded! Please don’t waste your money! Just go somewhere else. Oh and our total was $27! $27 wasted smh

Granny greeted me at the door, I found this Restaurant by visiting a Business next door. For my first visit I decided on the Wings. I will be returning for the Fish, Shrimp and Breakfast. Granny was to proud to give me the rundown on several menu items that I plan to try. She is very easy to talk to and friendly. Small yet big enough to eat in when not busy. My my the wings for me the best for my taste in the area. I had them plain. I have looked for an Olschool Mom Pops type Restaurant and I think I have finally found it in Mo City. Please Mo city, Stafford and SW Houston come out and Support Granny.
