I took my kids out for a fun day and purchased 7 all-day passes. We wanted to go bowling but faced a wait of 45 minutes to an hour. Instead, we decided to try laser tag, which was a lot of fun. After about 40-50 minutes, we finally got our bowling lanes and started having a great time. Unfortunately, just as we were getting into it, the power went out. We had to leave, and I was unable to get a refund, ultimately losing $210. I provided my contact information for a callback regarding my refund, but it has been a day, and I still haven't heard back. I feel like I wasted $210 and didn’t receive any compensation or even an offer for a free day. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

This is a fantastic spot for spending time with family or just hanging out with friends. While the customer service could be improved, I don't want to be too harsh on them. It's very kid-friendly, with plenty of games available for children of all ages.

I stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a buffet. We simply walked in, found a table, and grabbed a plate. Everything looked fresh, and there was an abundance of delicious food to choose from. Nothing seemed to be running low. I can't pick a favorite since I enjoyed everything, but the flavored tea was exceptional. I highly recommend trying this place out. The cost was around $25 per person, which is definitely worth it. Come hungry!

Most employees are teenagers and clearly do not care about the job.Had to wait multiple times to get a beverage at the bar and to pay my tab, because bar tenders are scarce at 1:30pm on a Thursday.Teen employees were walking around aimlessly and when asked for help were clearly lost and needed an adult.Tanner was the only friendly face. Sai sai, Joanna, and Kayra have yet to learn the importance of customer service.Items with no labels and bar staff that does not care.

Fun place to take the Family and our youth group.. laser tag is really fun, Arcade has a lot of selections.. and the bowling has a bunch of lanes! The young folks working could have some better social presence.... Leadership training would help a lot... They weren't rude . Just looked like they didn't want to be there...Food: 4/5
