Mcalister's Deli - Stafford

This is the second time I've eaten here, and it's the second time they've messed up my order. I ordered through the app, hoping they'd not mess up my order, but of course, it was wrong. The food is good, but it would be better if they could actually make it the way I ordered. All sandwiches were missing the pickle, and Mom's salad was missing the candied pecans. I asked for no honey mustard and added red onion, but my sandwich was covered in honey mustard and had no onions. #SSF

When we went to... several employees and no one else. management saw people say nothing when we came. a young lady was ringing on the phone when she answered an order complaining. a management search person went to help with the call. no greetings or asking how they could help us...as we thought the complaint was more important than new customers. we decided to leave food. when we got the young lady on the phone when we called out when we go if we were going if we were if we were on the phone. we said thank you for going on.

Normally I have no issues at this place, but I ordered on at while I was standing in line. I waited 30 minutes and everyone was served before me. Other than the service today, which I was informed there short staff, I typically have a great experience here with no issues on wait times.
