Ricky's Chicken Ii - Stafford

Ricky's Chicken is currently closed and will soon reopen under a new name. I tried to place an order in advance by calling, but there was no response. So, I visited the location yesterday and found a sign on the door that said "Coming Soon / Peruvian Chicken." I'm unsure if the staff will be the same, but I've always enjoyed the food and customer service at Ricky's over the years.

The staff is friendly, and the Peruvian food is delicious.

This is the ultimate spot for chicken with plantains and all the delicious sides. While there are other restaurants that offer similar dishes, Rickey's Chicken stands out as the best! Absolutely fantastic!

I usually enjoy dining here, but today the chicken was neither hot nor fresh; it was very dry. The beans were also lukewarm. They really need to pay more attention to the chicken, as it seems to have been left out for too long. The rice was fine, and the plantain was good.

This restaurant is located off to the side of Route 1, so if you're not specifically searching for it, you might just miss it. I finally tried it, and I was very pleased! The chicken was incredibly juicy and flavorful—definitely one of the best places for Peruvian chicken I've experienced! The plantains were delightful, and the yuca was also impressive. I will definitely be returning!
