Feedback gevenSo, it seems that every time I have gone there, I had steak in mind. Then, they would roll out prime rib cart to make a cut for someone, I'd end up getting prime rib,lol. Well since COVID,no more rolling out of cart, but prime rib still good. My wife had that, they had a special which was scallops over fettuccine with a garlic sauce. Against my usual rule of not getting seafood in a beef house. But it was delicious. Always recommend there for a nice dinner out
Horrible experience on October 22nd and food brought to table cold not once but twice. Completely forgot about us. When we complained we were told by head cook nothing he can do b/c owner wasn't there b/c the buffalo bills had a bad game. My steak was gray and I ordered it medium, I would have said something but again our waiter was too busy with table behind us tending to there every need and didn't come back to check in with us. Head cook was nice but told us they were having hard time keeping people and that our waiter was new. After you spend over 200 in a place you expect to get good service and good food especially when it's your Anniversary. My wife and I looked forward to this dinner and to have such an horrible experience ruined our Anniversary. Then we were told to email owner but there is no email. We've been calling sine October 23rd 2023 and the owner is never available and no one had returned our calls. I will no longer patronize this restaurant or recommend it to my friends or family. We are disappointed that no one at this establishment had the decency to correct the problems but rather just make excuses. It starts at the top! Don't go here you will not be valued! Don't watse your money!
Now I'm giving one star for the simple reason that my review on Google, Yelp, and Facebook is over a year and a half old and nobody bothered to contact me. After our reserved party of six was seated a round table in the corner meant for five and another party of six was seated at a comfortable long table in the middle of the room (they said they didn't make reservations and came in 10 minutes before us) I called three times and left a message for an owner to contact me. Here's the review from yelp; David R. Depew, NY 012 Feb 20, 2022 We were not impressed with the atmosphere or the food. We had reservations for 6 people at 6 PM. We arrived at 5:55 and waited 10 minutes for someone to come to their station to check us in. After checking in with a confused young girl, we waited another 10 minutes for the people without reservations to get seated. Finally, we were seated at a table that was meant for only 5 people. French onion soup was greasy, salads were just ok. The Filet mignons were over cooked. My 24oz Prime rib was not only undercooked, but full of large hunks of fat that I had to carve around. They have a chef (Cook) who doesn't know what medium rare is. Clearly, their meat is not choice. One person's order in our group was completely messed up. We usually eat at Russell's and that's where we'll go back to. At Russell's prices there are cheaper by 20%, quality of meat is better, food is always cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere is a fine dining experience and not an informal diner experience like at the Osier. $517 bill plus 21% tip. Waste of time and money. I've read all the nasty things you say to customers who post bad reviews and give you one star. Doesn't it dawn on you that all the bad reviews and one stars are YOUR fault? Go ahead, say something stupid to MY review now.

My family and I enjoyed dinner here for my birthday. The food was delicious and our sever was attentive and friendly. Personally I love the warm interior decor. I also appreciate that you are asked to silence electronic devices and the removal of hats. Thatwas very nice. The prices are high but we all enjoyed our meals and desserts. Plus all was fresh so it was worth it. The filetmignon cuts like butter! I only mention the price to prepare others. I?m sure it has to do with the current economy and pricesbeing high at most places. If you have never been I definitely recommend going! I did not feel the need to take off any starsbut I did think my lobster tail was over-cooked because it had a more rubbery texture. The crab and lobster bisque seen in thepicture was the best I have ever had though! Also my husband told them it was my birthday and there was none of the typicalrecognition that you receive in some other restaurants. Again, I do not feel that deserves to take a star off. Perhaps it?s justnot something they do there. Otherwise, it was a wonderful meal and time spent.
