Chetwynd Arms - Stafford

We called in here today on our way back from a cold walk through the chase. We were greeted by a lovely lady who seated our family of 5 straightaway. Then a young man named Dan took our order. Now we have a very fussy eater and nothing was too much trouble for Dan, he helped with changing things around for her, and explained how the kids could eat for £1 during the holiday too, very happily surprised. But he was ever so patient, and very helpful. Then the food come, and 4 out of 5 of us had ordered different burgers, and all 4 of us said it was THE nicest burger we'd ever had! Tasty, very filling and well presented. After food the 3 kids went and had a play on the outdoor equipment before we come home.We've definitely found our new eating out place. Highly recommend this place! Friendly/helpful staff, comfortable and cosy environment, delicious food, great price. Win win. Oh and the hubby said they do a wicked pint of peroni too Kid-friendliness: The staff were lovely to my little ones and catered to the pickyness without any trouble

We arrived early and despite the busy time, the staff promptly seated us at a table. One of the things we appreciate about dining here is the consistently pleasant and helpful staff, along with the great atmosphere. Unlike some other restaurants, the tables are nicely spaced out, allowing for a comfortable dining experience without feeling crowded. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxed evening. One person in our group has a gluten-free diet and was well accommodated. The price per person typically ranges from £20 to £30.

The waitresses are very helpful and friendly. The food is value for money and tasty. It was rather full so service was a little slow but understandably so. Popped in for quick bite on 9th Sept, Seated quickly and drinks served just as quick. Food didn't take long and was very nice indeed. I will definitely use again if I'm the area in the future. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
