Feedback gevenI took my sons to McDonald's in Kingsmead, Stafford. Upon arrival, I placed my order at the counter and then proceeded to drive to the window to pay. However, there was no one at the window, which I understand can happen when it's busy. I then drove to the next window to collect my order and mentioned to the employee that there was no one at the payment window. I was asked if I had placed an order, to which I replied yes. I was then asked what my order was and if I had my bank card or cash to pay. I expressed my frustration at the situation, as the car in front of me had been able to pay. The employee explained they were busy but still asked me to drive back around to the payment window and wait again, wasting more fuel. I had my tired, crying toddler with me at this point. Eventually, I was directed to bay 2 and had to wait for an employee to come out and ask for my order again. Overall, I found the service to be subpar, with unhelpful staff. I was very disappointed with the experience.
I only ordered 2 meals for delivery, which should have been a total of 6 items. Unfortunately, only 4 items were delivered. The bags were sealed, so it wasn't an issue of the driver taking them. When I contacted the restaurant to ask for the missing items to be replaced, they refused to do so.
The fish was undercooked, absolutely terrible. Extremely unprofessional and not good experience. Extremely dissatisfied
Visited for breakfast between trains. The food was fast but cold. There was plenty of signage for test and trace and covid guidelines however not informed at all. Where the law states you must show you have completed test and trace if earing in the staff simply ask if you can complete test and trace at some point . Could do with some cleaning especially tables also
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant and will not be returning. I waited 22 minutes for a cheeseburger and a kids cheeseburger meal, despite there being plenty of staff standing around doing nothing. When I asked for a refund, suddenly the staff member started processing it.
