Swan - Stafford

We went to the swan this weekend for a family meal (10 people) especially as I heard it has a vegan menu. The vegan and vegetarian menu was the first thing in the menu item (instead of being torn away at the back) and was clear with what was vegan. There were 3 vegan starters and 5 vegan nets on the menu. The waitress has understood vegan needs and checked twice with the kitchen for us. For dessert they had a good vegan cake (which came from the coffee shop and not on the menu). The restaurant itself was beautiful and the service relaxed and friendly. It is a shame that there was no vegan option on the children's menu, and the vegan shepherd cake was not so delicious, but in an area with few vegan choices we will certainly be back when the next visit season.

Been here quite a few times now, went there for lunch last weekend, and back in march for my brothers 21st birthday with a group of 9 of us.
