Toby Carvery - Staffordshire Moorlands

I just wanted to quickly mention how excellent the staff were at the restaurant the other night (Friday, April 12th). James, the duty manager, and particularly the delightful Jodie, were extremely friendly and attentive.

On a rainy Sunday in April, my companions and I decided to visit Toby Carvery in Endon. We were greeted by friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. However, our experience took a turn when my phone fell down the side of a radiator. Luckily, Harry and another staff member quickly came to the rescue, using a broom, cooking tongs, and a litter picker to retrieve it. Despite the average quality of the carvery, the exceptional service made up for it. #notallheroswearcapes.

I recently tried the carvery takeaway from this restaurant and it was excellent. The food was well packed in containers with lids, and I only had to wait a few minutes to pick it up. It was nice to see all the carvery staff chatting and looking cheerful, ready to serve and attend to any customer's needs. I was very pleased with my experience at Toby Carvery.

Called in for a drink to say hi to James who used to work at the BH , heard that he had started to work here. James wasn't working when we called in but we stayed for a carvery. Food was lovely, piping hot and great choice, lovely friendly staff and great choice of ales much to my husbands delight. Will be back for another carvery and hopefully to catch James. Visited on 08/01/24. Lovely food! Our server was Madison and she was so sweet and attentive! My family members had the carvery and loved it. I had the Roast Club which was delicious and very filling!
