This is THE BEST place to get a sandwhich in the history of forever. My wife and I came in here the day after getting married we loved it so much. The owners are fantastic people and down to earth. Highly recommend. Please check it out :

The old blonde lady who works the register that thinks she’s special is rude and acts as if you are bothering her while ordering.No clue why she thinks she is above people as she is nothing special. I am a local and because of her i WILL NOT go there. I would rather get a sizzli from Wawa then to give my to them. They will be closed within a few years anyway with her running the place. I look forward to what will occupy next. I work with 300 people at work and tell everyone to stay away if they are in manahawkin.

Mr. j's is outstanding ! the food is delicious...the sloppy joe sandwiches are the best ever. the owners and staff are so friendly and helpful and the clean atmosphere is refreshing.if you like chocolate chip cookies you must try the ones made here. our halloween party was catered by mr. j's and everyone raved about the food. the trays were generous and at a very fair price. this is my go-to place for lunch and party food. so glad i found this extraordinary place.
