Here we go again. This hard working meat and potatoes Wendy's Crew is always going out of there way to make our stay a convenient one. They love a good humorous chat with my girlfriend and me and when the gift of the gab gets speaking before you know it our food items are served to us piping hot like that appetizing hot baked potato with cheddar cheese sprinkles melted over, was when I ordered it from both Noah and Gene this time. Way to go to the Wendy's Hamburger Crew without you special people who know when to smile and jump to the challenge in making that difference, life at another rival burger eatery wouldn't be the same without you! I love coming to this always friendly eatery and was really impressed with the combined team effort in making our order a professional one. First comes the Weekday Manager A.J. who always makes certain that his Wendy's Crew operate efficiently when serving customers their food orders. this time my girlfriend and I ordered baked potato that was served to us by Niny and order taken by Nova. Pranee was also at the counter while asking if there was anything else needed while I waited for our baked potato in being prepared by these consistent professionals. The hospitality is the friendliest I've experienced so far in the City of St. Albert. Our baked potato was served to us in around 5 minutes from the time we ordered. Great potato baked to a crisp and hot were the butter aded in along with the cheese sprinkles added on top melted in 5 minutes after I brought our order to our table. Sour cream and 3 butters combined with the Cheddar cheese sprinkles on top made for a great whipped and piping hot baked potato. Great food Great service will always bring my girlfriend and myself to this one of a kind Wendy's and the best one in all of St. Albert. Most Wendy's restaurants produce consistent great quality food products and today my combo single cheese, fries and beverage was no exception. Served hot and very flavorful. The service though, should be a better quality or higher standard. I was in the drive through and placed my order, moved ahead and paid, 8.60 CA 7.48 US. I make references to the two currencies due to the fact both prices are printed on the receipt. The US conversion is based on 1.15 exchange rate. Americans using US currency or cards are getting unfair treatment and being ripped off by 10 cents on the dollar. At the pickup window wearing the headset was to busy listening to others and couldn't even acknowledge my existence. She handed me my bag and left the window. She should take a lesson in customer service from the mature lady who collected my payment , she was very pleasant. Traffic flow here is crazy at lunch time and be careful of texting drivers in the Tim Horton's line up. They must really need their coffee fix. Thank god the food was good.
