Blue Ginger - Stamford

My favorite place for a good vegatarian option for me. Veggie dumplings and Veggie sushi role. My daughter loves her sharp laughter. Everything is fresh and the staff is friendly. Beautifully placed near the highway, simply on and off.

I had thought that Blue Ginger went out of business many years ago, but it wasn't just moved, and I think it's more beautiful now. Even excellent Asian cuisine.

Delicious food, great service, clean restaurant and many parking spaces. This is my place in Stamford! Prices are also very reasonable.

One of my favorite places! I love the beef soup, the beef slices are very delicate. It tastes like the oxen soup I miss from Taiwan and is very comforting. I love it with dumplings. Enjoy also many of the other dishes such as the beans and cabbage. Very fast reliable service and friendly owners and employees!
