Opens 10 am weekend and vacation. 10:25 workers, but doors close and not open. To be in a hospital during the limited break time for employees who are unacceptable. Sit twice and the door still closed with workers at the desk.

The food is delicious. I ate there before I buy today that the staff was not clean. It was dirty. It was the food on her side of the counter. So I just bought a coffee. Unacceptable mainly by a pandemic. When it was mentioned, she was disregarded.

Staff should show a better sense of urgency when preparing orders. Average wait time is around 10-15min. Compared to say what a Chipotle can do in under 5min in the same style order preparation. Orders are often taken all at once but not completed in order. Staff will hand out regular coffee before taking say a latte that was ordered first because it was faster and easier to complete, causing the higher wait times for some as well. Better direction would serve this food establishment greatly.
