Gastro - Stamford

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's newly renovated and it's now called Gaucho Restaurant/Lounge. The food, especially the grilled dishes, is amazing. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, perfect for both individuals and families. The new look of the renovation is impressive. In the evenings, the restaurant transforms into a Nightclub/Lounge with fantastic music and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

The drinks at this restaurant are excellent and the tapas are delicious. There is usually seating available, unlike at Bartaco around the corner which is always crowded. On the downside, the menu, while delicious, doesn't change often and it would be nice to see some new dishes. The prices are higher than at Bartaco, but the quality of the food is also higher.

Boteco Gaucho is an Argentinean restaurant that draws inspiration from gauchos, a type of cowboy from Latin America. The atmosphere is great, with lovely decor and all the staff dressed like gauchos pilchados. We tried the Parrillada, which was perfectly made and reminded us exactly of the taste of Argentina.

Gastro bar and Mason Dixon Smokehouse are no longer there. They both were good.
