Soul Tasty - Stamford

I used to be a regular at this restaurant because I loved their food, but my last two visits were disappointing. On Saturday, 4/16 at 5:45-6pm, I arrived only to be told they were closed and couldn't take my order. I mentioned that Google showed they were open until 8, but they insisted they were closed. I gave it another try on Sunday, 5/29 at 4:30 a.m., relying on Google's information that they were open, but once again they were closed. It's frustrating because I make a 45-minute drive to get here and usually leave satisfied, but the lack of updated hours and poor service is disappointing. The food is great, but the service needs improvement.

Oh my goodness... what can I say. The food was amazing.... the best mac and cheese ever! The service was great. Juan is phenomenal with his service skills and Gene is an amazing chef. Many thanks for a great lunch! We will definitely be coming back!

I tried the baked wings, macaroni and cheese, and yams, and it was absolutely delicious! I wasn't a fan of the cornbread, but overall it was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, although they didn't seem to listen to my suggestions very well. Despite that, I had a great time.

Some of the best food I had in stamford! I've seen this place before, but a friend of mine brought me to lunch one day and it was amazing! you eat is phenomenal and this also comes with large service. that works the front was amazing, so beautiful, courtesy and willing to help them navigate through the menu to get them the best combination. I went back and got out a few times. I wish a have more pictures of the food, but eat time I got it, it was too good to wait

Their specialty cornbread is absolutely delicious! Potatoe salad needs some work (actually alot) specifically lots of eggs, a little mustard and some relish. Nice people would definitely continue to patronize.
