The Rodeo Cheeseburger was amazing, and the onion rings were excellent as well.
Upon entering The Dinner Plate during its soft launch, I was immediately struck by the ambiance—a delightful blend of modern design with touches of vintage charm. The rustic wooden tables and industrial-style lighting created an environment that felt both cozy and contemporary. Now, let's talk about the food. Their pizza and wings combo is truly exceptional, elevating the experience beyond that of well-known places like Pizza Plus. The chicken bacon ranch pizza is a perfect marriage of culinary creativity and traditional flavors; it effortlessly passed the bend test with its ideal crust—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A pizza lover's paradise! As for the wings, they were a tale of two flavors: garlic Parmesan and bourbon. Both were generous in size, juicy, and bursting with flavor that tantalized the taste buds. Just a heads up: these delicious wings do come at a slightly higher price (12 wings for $17), but honestly? Every penny is worth it. The surprise standout of the night? Their homemade blue cheese dressing. It was so delicious that it compelled me to close my eyes for a moment and savor every drop. However, perfection is hard to achieve. The palpable excitement of this new, family-run establishment led to somewhat overzealous service. The older family members, while genuinely sweet, tended to hover and check in a bit too frequently, making us feel a bit overly observed. But I chalk this up to their eagerness in these early days. In conclusion, The Dinner Plate is a shining example of culinary potential. Even with slightly higher prices, its charm is undeniable. The combination of delightful food, inviting ambiance, and sustainable practices makes it a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. I'll definitely be back, and not just for the pizza!

The majority of the staff here is fantastic. As you may know, a negative experience, especially due to people, can really make or break an outing. Unfortunately, the bartender, Sam, tends to be gossipy, rude, and often inappropriate. On a brighter note, George, the chef and owner, is both talented and friendly, and the food is consistently exceptional. However, Sam continues to tarnish my experiences at this restaurant.
