Feedback gevenIf it was possible to forgive zero, the owner would have deserved that! I didn't get to judge the food despite the preorder. Local should open at 5:00. I ordered shortly after 17:00, wanted to pick up 6 pizzas at 17.45, unfortunately the place was still closed at 17.40. Just as I wanted to leave, the boss reached the place with car. I asked why he assured me he could pick up the pizzas at the agreed date, but now he's coming? No apologies, only merical comrades and his statement, we do as soon as possible...
Ordered at 5 p.m., the pizza should be delivered at 6 p.m. Unfortunately, it remained in the case of the first call I still believed that the driver was right there. The excuses went from somewhere else (tolle apology) to Navi defective, driver stands in the street (nowhere he was) until according to Navi he arrives in 1 minute (comic, Navi was broken). After over an hour, the driver is still not there. Now there's pizza from the freezer. It's warm when she comes to the table. Unfortunately no word of apology. Here I'm ordering!
We were initially somewhat skeptical as we were the only guests but were positively surprised: very good food, courteous service.
Eating is not too hard and the family atmosphere is not. Even if it takes a little longer, everything will be fresh. Thanks for the nice evening.
Unfortunately, the operation was very untalented and unfriendly. We waited about an hour to eat, even though we were the only guests. Also, when spending money, the operation did not give a euro too little. No recommendation for this restaurant Essen was fine. Not overwhelming, not bad.
