The older lady of the two employees seemed very flustered and unprepared for the lunch hour. I guess they waited to restock almost every meat, veggie, and condiment until there was a lunch rush. Then the older lady employee kept picking up stuff off of the floor etc... WITHOUT CHANGING her disposable gloves before making another sandwich.. I had waited by this point for 15 minutes and still was 3rd in line for my order so instead of causing her more aggravation,, I decided to cut my time wasted and not take the chance of food poisoning..... Savannah has restored my faith in humanity!! We had a pretty disappointing experience at this store on the 14th of this month and Savannah made it more than right this evening. Above and beyond! Top tier! Please give them a raise yesterday.

The restaurant has issues with its employees. Prices at Subway have gone up, and there are much better local options when it comes to food quality and quantity. During my last visit, I used the app to place an order and made some specific requests, but none of them were fulfilled. I feel disappointed and believe I did not get what I paid for. I will not be returning to any Subway location for at least a year. Overall rating: Service 1, Atmosphere 2, Food 2. Meal type: Lunch. Price per person: $10-20.

I placed my order online and picked it up in the store recently. The service was super fast and reliable! Despite potential subway delays, they always come through when customers are hungry and in need.
