Feedback gevenAW is certainly not like I remember it back in the day!!! Today I question how come the customer service is not at all at any rate like in the 70s and the 80sMy experience as a customer at my local AW I ordered a rootbeer float! I asked the hard to understand, lucky for me I speak Spanish worker to divide my root beer by putting rootbeer in the cup and serving me the ice cream separate. She did it but gave me 1/2 cup of rootbeer and three oz at most of ice cream. When I questioned her she blamed it on the food cost! Yet slim paying $5 for a measly root beer and watered down vanilla ice milkA gave the woman a piece of my mind! Told her she's lucky yo have a job being she barely spoke English, but told her this kind of customer service is going to drive customers away!!!
Had cheese burger and onion rings. Pretty good,we were the only one inside counter girl was really friendly I should have got her name cause she helped us before she was awesome friendly and told us about the specials.
The food is yummy and they are always super friendly, great customer service!!
Went to lunch here and went to sit down and all the tables were dirty and sticky. The floors were slick and slippery as well We grabbed our food and sat down and ate (cleaning a table ourselves). The burger was good but when it came to anything that was fried (we had the fish and french fries) they were disgusting. It tasted terrible either burnt or old oil. I had to throw the fries away. I am giving a one star because the girl who took our order was very friendly and polite.
I ordered corn dog nuggets and cheese fries and they asked me to wait up front and said it would take 5 minutes. it took about 20 just to get my whole order. not only that, i got home to eat it and there was a hair in my food. they have good customer service but they need to fix their personal hygiene. who wants hair in their food?
