Baskin-robbins - Stanislaus

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and set the pick up time for 11:30 on the day of her birthday. The order process went OK the young girl seemed like she wasn 't too interested in helping us. That should have been my sign to go somewhere else...The day comes to pick up the cake I walk in, I 'm helped by another young lady who looks somewhat confused when I tell her I 'm there to pick up my cake, she then informs me that there has been a mix up and that they don 't have my cake. She then says the cake decorator would be in at 4 and I 'm thinking well maybe I can just pick it up at a later time. She calls the cake decorator then comes over to me and says that we will refund you your money. What am I supposed to do with that? It 's a few hours before I 'm suppose to show up with a cake for my daughter. They could have called me the day prior to inform me that no cake decorator came in, so that I would have had time to get another one somewhere else. Poor management! Poor customer service. Make sure you and your employees stay on top of these things. Accidents happen yes but this could have been avoided had they checked their cake orders to make sure!! On top of that no one apologized, nor made up for the mistake they had made!

Went to baskin robbins today and everyone was very unprofessional, nobody was behind the counter and they were gossiping very loudly. When I ordered an ice cream sundae for my girlfriend and I, we got 4 spoons of peanuts and some whip cream.

I'm a diabetic who was having a low the other day and happened to be right by Baskin-Robbins so I was able to go in and get a couple scoops of ice cream. They literally save my life!

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. Every baskin robbins we 've ever been to has been very accommodating for our son with celiacs disease, the ice cream is safe for him to eat if they use a designated scooper and open a fresh container. We 've never had an issue. We even had one go out of their way to make him a gluten safe ice cream cake for his birthday! But this location was awful! I told her my son had a wheat allergy and asked if they could use a different scoop and open a new container and she said she could rinse off the scoop in the sink but she wouldn 't use a clean one and wouldn 't open a new container. Then another employee came up and said the new containers are too hard to scoop and they wouldn 't do it. When I asked for the owner 's card or name and number they said they didn 't know and that she didn 't work here anymore . We gave up and left. Worst customer service ever. Plus the employees were a bit dingy looking so I think we dodged a cleanliness bullet anyway. But we left with a tearful 5 year old that didn 't understand why he couldn 't get ice cream at one of the few places he can safely eat at. Not cool.
