Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Staples

The crispy chicken sandwich I ordered was made with two ends of leftover chicken, and the bun was tough and inedible. I plan on returning tomorrow to speak with the manager and get my money back. I would appreciate it if you could avoid sending a generic "I'm sorry" response. I was very disappointed with my experience, especially with the presence of so many young employees behind the counter.

The burger, chocolate shake, and blizzard were fantastic. The service was fast and the order was accurate. Another satisfied customer.

Last Sunday, my family and I stopped at this restaurant for dinner on our way back home from northern Minnesota. The manager informed us that, due to staffing issues, the lobby would be closing. Despite this, the manager locked approximately 30 individuals inside the restaurant while they finished eating and waited for their orders. This action could have been extremely dangerous in case of a fire. I will not be returning to this location.

My burger was dry. I had a #2 combo. Usually they are delicious but not this time. Will never go back to that particular place.

This is a fantastic spot to enjoy some refreshing ice cream while visiting the farm and taking a break from the summer heat with your family. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming.
