Feedback gevenWorst coffee and customer service! The girl couldn’t remember my drink I repeated several times and she still got it wrong. I ask for a 12 oz and she ended up giving me a 20 oz (which I paid for) and left. I couldn’t keep waiting. Once I tasted the coffee it was burnt and not at all what I ordered!! Horrible experience but it’s typical for Human Bean in this area
The people are friendly and the smoothies and coffee are excellent!
Bought a substantial coffee gift card for a local charity event and I asked for a coffee bean and they said no. Really? Just one. I bought a gift card for someone else to buy coffee. Not impressed with the handcuffed customer service and lack of empowerment to take care of one of their local used to be loyal guests
Wonderful sweet staff. Delicious drinks. Orders made fast but not in a messy manner. They get your order right, and if not they are nice about getting it right. Love their infused energy drinks!
Up until recently, I would start my day by grabbing my morning mocha. Most of the time my drink would already be made and ready by the time I pulled up…no need to tell them what I wanted because they already knew. This week, most everyone I knew there is no longer employed…Why?!? There’s something wrong when there’s a mass exodus of team members. To the owner of Human Bean, people don’t leave bad jobs, they leave bad bosses. Consider replacing your management team member with someone that can inspire. As for Val, Rees, Hailey, and Mady, I for one will miss the way you always greeted me in the mornings, Thank you.
