Pizza Hut - Starke

We ordered online for curbside pickup. Our order was ready in 15 minutes, upon arrival used the email to notify the restaurant we were waiting. Staff were prompted in bringing out order out to us. Staff were friendly and the food was delicious.

Disappointed first time we ordered here our pizzas were piping hot considering we live 2 minutes away from this location. We ordered tonight and it said 20-30 minute wait, by 45 minutes I called and was told one of my pizzas needed to be remade and they were just waiting on their delivery driver to come bring us the pizza. By the time we got the pizza it was all cold both pizzas same temperature very little sauce and cheese so nothing was remade and one was black on the toppings crispy and burnt. they gave us a coupon for a free large pizza only for our pizza being late. But all the food I ordered was cold, the 2 pizzas, pasta and breadsticks and I didn't get my sauce for my breadsticks on top of that.. don't think we will be ordering again.

Called in a big box order , the guy on the phone was very nice and helpful. Our order was ready in 10- minutes. No problems ...

Pizza and wings were great, hot and ready when I arrived to pick it up. Staff always friendly and helpful.

If I could give ZERO Stars I would!Being the previous, RGM of this location and to see how poor it is being managed is absolutely ridiculous. To this day, even after all these years I have people asking me to go back and to FIX the restaurant. Moving the store will not change the poor management or the atmosphere. Honestly, at this point the only help there would be, is to do a complete overhaul of the employees along with the management team.
