Jack's - Starkville

I went during off hours around 3:00 on a Friday and I can say I was impressed. The interior decor was beautiful featuring a fireplace and wood furniture for a cabin like feel. The food was fast and the chicken was good. I've definitely had a better burger and probably wouldn't order it again. However, I'd definitely go back for more chicken.

Food always great!!! Customer service by Arteria horrible!!!! After coming through the drive thru my order was not complete after leaving the window. I go in the inside to get the rest of my order. After she give me my food she makes the comments must woke up on the wrong side of the bed! It?s must been her cause she was rude over while taking order in drive thru!!! Very rude when I went in the inside?.

I was a worker there the mangers an worker there have nasty attitudes food don?t be half way cook chicken be red bread be hard they be rubbing there hands around the ice cream they lie an say food an ice cream be closed but they put it up an eat it them selfs bc they don?t want to take orders so if I was yal I wouldn?t wanna go eat there or work there !!!!?

Absolutely awful. I thought I could stomach anything but I've tried their breakfast biscuits and they're just horrible. The chicken biscuit tastes okay, but had a rubbery consistency that is just awful. The sausage biscuit is also rubbery and tasteless. The worst was their pork chop biscuit. Seems to be made out of compressed grease. Has no pork flavor at all. I guess you're wondering why I keep trying this place, but it's near my house and there's never a line. Well there's

I wish I could rate less than one star. The wait was extremely long for there only being two cars in the drive thru. The workers had a hard time remembering the menu which caused me to be charged for other people?s food. Not to mention the food was cold and there were only about 5 fries. Will not be coming back.
