Little Caesars Pizza - Starkville

This Litte Caesars needs a new owner. It belongs to an absent Franchisee who does not care about customer service. They tried to get in order an hour before closing and they wouldn't answer the phone. Try to submit an order online and they had stopped accepting orders for the night. So I went to the restaurant 45 minutes before closing. Hot n Ready Guarantee is a joke. They only had a pizza not a kind, but a single pizza ready and were no longer cooked, so I hesitated to accept a simple $5.99 pepperoni pizza. Little Caesars in West Point is a gentleman in Starkville and so much better. You should let him buy the Starkville site so it is managed as it should be.

I ordered an EMB pepperoni pizza with bacon, but when I got home, there was no bacon. I'm really frustrated because I paid for the bacon, and now I'm disappointed with Little Caesars.

Usually never have a problem with this place, today I ordered a pizza and filled crazy bread at 6:20 and it was not ready to 7:15. In addition, I come home to see that the dough of crazy bread does not cook completely! How seriously could you make someone sick by not cooking things properly. I will not even disturb, go back and get a refund because when I was there, the checkout was placed over the counter on her phone, so obviously I would take care of people who do not.

We really enjoy their food, but we've had a few unfortunate experiences lately. We ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and wings online, but the wings were missing and there was no dipping sauce for the breadsticks. On another occasion, the wings were also missing, and the delivery person promised to bring them back, but we're still waiting.

They never have anything on their hot and ready menu when you go. You get the standard response of 8-10 minutes for one to come out but you run the high risk of it taking 15-20 minutes. I know what quality I'm getting when I'm going here but take away the fast convenience then what makes them better than an other chain?
