The food quality at this restaurant is disappointing. Today, I had beef, spinach, and dumplings. The meat was overcooked, the spinach lacked flavor and color, and the potato dumplings were bland. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have been afraid to eat here. The only good thing was the ice. I was disappointed by the new chef.
