Chipotle Mexican Grill - State College

I ate here and enjoyed the experience. parking can be close. the load is away from college ave.

The kids working here are nice and clearly trying their best to keep up with a huge number of customers. Re: the food, if you are in any way concerned about your salt consumption, do not eat here. I ate 1/3 of a burrito bowl and feel like I just dumped a whole cup of salt into my mouth.

One of the employees was really rude. I made a mobile order and had a problem with wanting some of the items on the side. I asked a guy behind the counter about it and he was super sweet and said he’d fix it. A lady then came up and demanded to know what was going on. I told her my problem and she asked for my bag, which I had no problem with showing her. As the guy is trying to get me my sides she starts arguing with me about how my sides already came in the taco. I tried to tell her I knew that and that I just wanted them on the side instead. She continued to argue with me so her manager came over and told her to just get me what I needed. After he left she kept arguing with me so I said I’d pay for them again. She rings me up and I’m amazed that the total is $6 when on the app the sides were $2. I tried to ask why it was so much but she said it was that or nothing. So I didn’t get my sides. The other employees were so sweet but she was just so rude.

Staff was so rude!!! They had no straws. And the manager or at least that 's what he seemed to be trying to act like was rude and yelled across the counter to me; very rude! Place was absolutely disgusting! Barely had the normal things!

Literally the worst chiptole in the United States I believe. Ran by stupid impatient college kids who don’t have a dime to their name. They forget sides and miss correct portion size every single time, and ontop of that they don’t give out any information about charges or say ice machines until you’re at the register. Fire everybody here and make them suffer
