Crunchee Munchees - State College

I go to this place all the time and tonight I ordered the same thing I always, a pack and they gave me no cheese as I ordered them to give me bananenpfeffer as I ordered and they did not give me jalapeños as I ordered. I really want to call the manager, but I know it doesn't make any difference because this is just a drunk food place, but I won't contribute to their business anymore. it is her loss because I gave them money almost any other weekend.

I ordered through grubhub and only got half my order correct. I ended up with two random items that were cold and over cooked. Causing it to have a tough texture like beef jerky. Grubhub reached out to Crunchee Munchees and they said they made and sent the correct food. I clearly didnt and it seems like they didnt want to own up on their mistake.

For a guy who is used to showing food together with little regard for how it looks, I must say, Crunchie Munchies took me by surprise. It wasn’t the fact that they knocked at my door 35 minutes late, nor was it the concession-stand quality of their food. What really surprises me is how they are still able to do business when they seem to do both of these things as crummy as the cold questionable Parmesan on my cold fries. They must be disposed to disposing of all of the food that has gone bad in the cellar and adding 12 banana peppers to a grilled cheese to make it hard to taste the lack of taste. It is not worth the refund even if you’ve managed to choke down a few bites. Y’all need Jesus. -John L.

I placed an order through grubhub. Everything started off smoothly with placing the order, then I got the text message that it was being prepared. Then Nothing. The time came and passed when the delivery time was and still nothing. I gave twenty extra minutes in case they were behind or lost. I then called the restaurant. NO ONE ANSWER any of the three times I called. I called grubhub help desk and they tried and NO ONE ANSWERED! Grub hub refunded my money but I would not suggest this place to anyone nor will I ever try to order it myself again. Highly disappointed.

I don't usually write reviews, however, i was so unsatisfied with my order that i have to. I bought a sandwich of some sort and ordered EXTRA CHEESE. obviously that brought my price up and i was okay with it. The bad part is that there was NO CHEESE on it at all. On top of that disappointment, the rest of the meal was terrible and not worth the outrageous price.
