Pizza Mia - State College

I have ordered several times from this company and only wished that I had previously dispensed with it. the best delivery pizza experience I had in the state college, from the quality of the product, to the speed of delivery, to the courtesy of the staff. the company bought in the last few years the state college location of corrinado and the difference was night and day.

It was alright. The food was cool to lukewarm when it arrived. The pizza was supposed to be a three topping large. It was missing the red bell peppers. The meat may have been doubled, but the quantity of beef was appreciated. Unexpectedly it was slices of beef, not ground. Tasted good regardless. The boneless wings were basically popcorn chicken, poorly tossed in BBQ sauce. The bread sticks were good, but the garlic butter was all in the bottom of the container. The value felt more appropriate at $18 instead of $24. I'd prefer Brothers Pizza on Benner Pike (by mall) or Home D first but this works if you just don't care and want pizza.

I've ordered from Pizza Mia several times. While the pizza is tasty, they are without fail very late with their delivery. A co-worker waited over 2 hours for a pizza ordered at 2pm in the afternoon. They are far from apologetic when they do not deliver the expected services.

The people are very nice, but the customer service could use some work. Picked up 2 pizzas for my family when I got home opened them they were both completely wrong. Called the restaurant, and the man told me our pizzas were still at the shop he would deliver them right away for free. He was very fast in bringing them over but the pizzas he brought over were still wrong!! Supreme pizza with all the wrong toppings fiesta pizza missing a few key ingredients. The lack of attention to detail is disappointing. And sadly, this wasn't the first time our pizzas were not correct when ordering from here.

If I wanted to eat my food two hours after I placed the order for it, I would have done that. Instead, I kinda expect my food to come in a reasonable amount of time based on when I ordered it. The pizza I ordered arrived medium-warm, the bread sticks hardened really fast, and I wasn't given the soda I ordered. Just don't bother, choose to give your hard earned money to someone else.
