I ordered 2 steak quasadilas to go, when my son brought them home, his was burnt and mine was very burnt. I called to see about fixing it and was told to bring back the burnt food and they'd remake it. Didn't offer to give a discount, and honestly acted like they didn't care at all. I order from them quite regularly, and have always had good food and good service, but truthfully with the way they acted I was afraid they'd spit in the food or do something else so I just took the loss and left it. It's sad that they'll lose my business, I understand I'm just 1 person and they don't care, but I hope others that have a very negative experience there quit buying from them as well.
