Clinton Hall At Empire Outlets

I had high hopes for this local restaurant with its stunning views and comfortable seating, but my experience fell short. I visited on a Friday night and was disappointed to find a limited menu with the kitchen closing early. While the signature burger was tasty, the lack of a crispy crust on the smashed patty was disappointing. The Korean fried chicken only resembled nuggets without any seasoning or sauce, and the dipping sauce was underwhelming. Despite the generous portion sizes, the restaurant has great potential and I hope it can thrive and improve in the future.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and dined outdoors, enjoying the view and the breeze. The burgers were delicious, especially the Bacon Bacon Bacon 19, and the waffle fries were a hit as well. Zhay was an excellent waitress, very friendly with a lot of smiles, and she made sure to check on us frequently. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

I don't understand why this restaurant only operates in the evenings. There are so many tourists and locals who would enjoy coming here for lunch and cocktails during the daytime. Unfortunately, the management is still lacking, and the bartenders seem indifferent. It's disappointing that these issues don't seem to be improving.

Unseasonably hot weather in New York meant when we arrived on Staten Island it was time for a refreshment. The Clinton Hall bar at the top of the outlet stores was the perfect place to chill out with a margarita, a sangria and a view to die for.I would love to have seen this place busier as they had only a handful of customers but that didn’t detract from the ambience at all. However, with the o terror and exterior parts of this establishment not busy, I worry they aren’t capitalising on the niche they have. Anyway, we sat at the bar while others were I sitting on the swing chairs, or up at the large bar tables.Set up around the establishment are giant Jenga and tic-tac-toe games for people to play. A few of the kids were enjoying their time working out a few of the other puzzles/activities as well.The view back to Manhattan was lovely and we could watch the ferries come and go from the port.Staff were friendly and helpful. The food coming out of the kitchen looked delicious but alas we had just eaten.I only went inside t Clinton Hall to use the toilets. It’s huge inside and no doubt very popular.I look forward to coming back here in the future and checking it out again.

Burger was excellent! The menu looked really good. Lots of dishes I want to come back to try next time. I really wanted to get the ice cream sandwiches too but I need to come back with friends for that. Hoping they get things sorted out to open up the interior soon and expand the menu. I was really hoping for a lobster roll!
