She have no name ID on her I ordered through mobile app .went to drive through after 10min ,they said they making the order waitin there again 10 more min i waited . I asked is my order ready Wow she get mad nd talk unprofessional I said how long I waitfor the order 20 min.. I ordered Chia latte and 1 egg cheese wrap They have to keep more manners how to deal withcustomers . This is my usual routine dunkin .all the other employees I deal last years no problem at all Don't know what's wrongwith.this women .HORRIBLE .SHE NEED SOME CLASS .
Terrible they need to be fired make coffee terrible than I tell her I get iced coffee all the time and this place waste of money and they are a waste of space
My recent visit to this Dunkin left me incredibly disappointed. The unprofessional behavior of the staff and manager overshadowed the entire experience.Despite only a few customers ahead of me, I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my order to be taken. The staff seemed more focused on talking and gossiping amongst themselves than attending to customers.When I politely pointed out the errors in my order, the staff seemed frustrated and made only minimal effort to correct them. Throughout my interaction, the staff displayed a complete lack of warmth and attentiveness. From curt responses to dismissive shrugs, their demeanour felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. When I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, he didn't seem concerned and offering no apology or attempt to rectify the situation.
This place is shady. I ordered matcha a few times within a week span and noticed the differences in prices from $4.87 to $5.09. How could the price jump like that within two days? Something’s not right.
I ordered 3 hot chocolate and all I got was hot water with some coffee color and a weird smell .
