Feedback gevenI've really tried to give this restaurant a fair shot, but I just can't anymore. Out of 10 times I've ordered, 8 times the food was either completely wrong or inedible. It often arrives spoiled, stale, dry, or hard. It's not just a matter of poor service; the quality of the food is appalling.
The food is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. It takes a long time for someone to come and take your order, and their attitude can be a bit off-putting.
The prices for fast food have become ridiculous. I spent $70 on a 12-piece bucket meal, 8 Nashville tenders, and a chicken sandwich, which is just insane. The spice level was surprisingly low, and the chicken didn't measure up to Popeyes in terms of quality or price. I recommend walking about a block to the Popeyes next to the Stop and Shop for a better meal.
The woman at the drive thru wearing the glasses was extremely rude. Whenever I go thru this drive thru, it?s horrible. She tells me she doesn?t have any chicken left meanwhile there?s still 2 hours left before they close. She was handling my food so Idecided not to argue with her. She should not work there if she hates it so much. She should be fired.
They use old oil from the night before for their frying, which isn’t healthy! It's no surprise that the food has a dark color and strange taste. KFC is supposed to look and taste much better than this.
