La Bella Pizza - Staten Island

I've been coming here since I was 10 years old, and it has NEVER disappointed me! The food is amazing, and the staff are great. This is my go-to pizzeria whenever I'm in the area!

After just a year of living in the city, I had almost lost hope in finding good NYC-style pizza. I honestly thought that Pizza Hut was better than all those trendy pizzerias—until I discovered this gem. I'm not usually a fan of bread, but here, the crust wasn't overly doughy and had a delightful flavor that complemented the fresh, moderately-sized toppings. The balance of toppings and crust was spot-on, and the prices were quite reasonable. The service was also great.

When I entered the restaurant, no one welcomed me. It took nearly six minutes for anyone to inquire about my order!

It's been 7 years since I've been there, and the food is still excellent.

The restaurant is clean, the food is delicious, and it’s a fantastic spot for dining in or taking out. Rating: 5/5.
