Papa Johns Pizza - Staten Island

A male African American employee wearing glasses provided a very rude experience during the night shift at 12:45 am. I was picking up an order for Uber and was completely disregarded initially because he knew I was there for Uber. He then openly displayed a negative attitude towards me in front of others, making aggressive and offensive comments. This behavior should be reported to corporate in order to have him removed from his position. No one should be treated with such disrespect, especially those in the working class. If he does not enjoy his job, he should find alternative employment. Action should be taken by management at this location to address this issue.

The food is delicious, but the service can be a little slow at times. The staff is friendly, and I always notice them keeping the restaurant clean. They offer takeout, but there is no dine-in option available.

Very bad experience. mistreating people for buying I think that should not be the case, they should check the service of the worker who is attending at this time.

They don’t use gloves and when I came they used there bare hands to grab the chicken wings.

The pizza was delicious, but the customer service could use some improvement.
