Qdoba Mexican Eats - Staten Island

I decided to try this restaurant because several people recommended it for keto diets. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The chicken was overcooked, burnt, and cold, and the portion was less than half of what you’d normally expect. I opted out of rice and paid extra for the cauliflower mash, which was fine, but they only gave me a tiny spoonful for $2, which felt unfair. When I requested a little more, they wanted to charge me an additional $2, which is not acceptable. They also skimped on the veggies. I ended up paying over $11 for what felt like a bowl of nothing. I won’t be returning, especially since there are better quality options nearby.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would! This is how my quesadilla arrived: the bottom was completely filled with cheese, and when I lifted it, there was nothing inside the tortilla! The chicken bowl we ordered was equally terrible. The chicken was burnt, the rice was undercooked, and the guacamole was black! I will never eat here again!

The restaurant was not clean, and the staff wore unkempt uniforms. They seemed unsure of their tasks, leaving orders unattended and even leaning over the food with their dirty shirts. Additionally, I witnessed staff members arguing in front of customers. It was the worst Qdoba experience I've ever had, and I will not be returning.

Their steak bowls are so good!! I actually prefer this over chipotle. Don?t get their jalapeños if you can?t handle the heat lol.

Qdoba is great for lunch and the food is great but highly recommend going in to order. My mistake was ordering online and getting deliver. The order was somewhat wrong for both bowls I ordered. Topping I requested and added wasn?t in the bowl, at first I thought maybe I didn?t add it but looking over my receipt the topping I requested was on there. Overall would recommend eating here, just order in person.
