This place doesn’t even deserve a star. I went there with a relative, and it was a disappointing experience. The cashier got our order wrong and then claimed she never took our order at all. How ridiculous! When we asked for a refund, she had a really bad attitude. I definitely won’t be returning and may even report this to the management.

Tonight, we had a disappointing experience with customer service at the restaurant. The woman at the counter had a rude attitude when I requested extra sauce, for which I was willing to pay. I hope she reflects on her behavior and learns to communicate better with customers in the future.

The food was decent, but I can tell my food was being redrop. We Waited in the line for a very long time, James on the headset was very disrespectful, kept stalling our order and gave us drinks with no straws and food with no sauces. We came back in the line and ask a young fella that was out the door smoking while cars were in the line waiting for their order to be taken. He came back, and a manger with a red shirt came out the door hollering about how she put sauces in the bag, she came to our car very loud and disrespectful, even after the fact I showed her there weren’t any sauces in the bag. This is unacceptable and I am not happy about my experience here.

I visited the restaurant last Friday night and had a disappointing experience. The person taking orders over the loudspeaker and at the window was quite rude, which set a negative tone right away. The line moved very slowly, and I ended up waiting about 20 minutes. I ordered the 2 for $4 spicy chicken and a waiter burger, but both sandwiches were extremely cold when I got them, although the fries were fresh. I returned to have my order replaced, but unfortunately, everything was still cold when I received it again. I ended up requesting a refund. I wouldn’t consider going back at night, but I might give it another shot during the day. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service.

They gave away our order to door dash. Then when we showed our order was supposed to be for pickup the woman started cussing would not give us our food or a refund, or the number for customer service and claimed she was the manager. For your sanity go somewhere else the employees here will rip you off and you won't get your food or your money refunded. I don't won't the corporate customer service number .I want the number for the store manager or the regional manager. This was ridiculous.
