Fazoli's - Statesboro

Unbelievably awful service. Ordered food at 7:50 pm. We walked in there was dishes everywhere. We waited until 8:40 for our food. They still messed up our order. When our food was finally ready, they offered no apology, didn't offer any coupons or anything to resolve the issue. Will not be going back. Poorly run and managed. Not to mention we were only 2 people. There was one other person in the restaurant when we got there. People came in after us and got their food first.

I just tried this place for the first time. The customer service was great. Kasey was very sweet. She recommended the chicken carbonara so I got it and she was right it was really good. The bread sticks were cooked perfectly. 5 stars in my book. Thank you Kasey for your recommendation.

I’ve ate a Fazoli’s numerous times and never had much of a wait time to get served. Tonight the waitresses Oreo and Aniya came to my table saying sorry for your wait time and honestly it had only been a few minutes. They offer me a desert and moments later I was served hot and fresh food. They were very polite and made me wish I had some cash on me for a tip!

Loved our first time there. Great food at great prices. Our waiter Brian treated us like we were at a five star restaurant. Service was fast and accurate. We definitely will be back.

One of our favorite places to eat.Food was delicious as always.The breadsticks are of the chain!We will keep coming back to this location.Always friendly attentive staff members.Big shout out to Jazz his crew ?
