Overall the Baja quinoa bow was pretty good and filling. Not sure if it is just this Panera’s or others as well but it feels like the overall quality and diversity of food options has been scaled back somewhat. Still worth eating at if you want a good sandwich, salad, or soup.

My husband and I had a long day at work and decided to stop by Panera for a bite to eat. As soon as we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, engaging us in conversation while smiling and assisting with our order. The menu looked fantastic and the restaurant was spotless. The cashier was wonderful, and the management and kitchen staff were equally friendly and working hard. It's rare to find such pleasant and welcoming service these days. I'm really pleased with our experience and will definitely be back. I don’t remember the names of the employees who helped us tonight, but it was 12/27/21 around 8 PM. Thank you, everyone!

There are moments when I visit this restaurant because some of the staff are genuinely exceptional at what they do! They made my birthday truly memorable with a fantastic breakfast—thank you so much, Whit! The morning and lunch staff are amazing! Yes, it can be a bit pricey, but some things are definitely worth the cost.

I've never had an issue here, even when I request extra dressing. I really appreciate that they often place it on the side, allowing me to add as much as I like (which usually ends up being all of it!). Plus, the restaurant features a talented artist who decorates the windows beautifully!
