The worker here is so disgusting and unprofessional. #1 his hygiene is horrible. He has DANDRUFF on his shirt. I didn’t notice till after he fixed my sandwich. His hands were disgusting there was crud built around them. Also he is blasting music with heavy profanity from his cellphone. Everytime I go into this subway he is there. Like he basically lives inside the restaurant. He is either working or in the booth with a duffle bag. I really would like my money back for this experience. I will NEVER EVER DINE at this subway again.It is unsanitary and has a very unpleasant environment.
First off, let me say I usually go to the Subway on Northside Drive and their chicken teriyaki is incredible and even though the service is lacking, it is my favorite place to eat. I went to the Subway on Lanier Rd because I was out and it was closer. When I walked in I wasn't greeted and the Sandwich Artist wasn't super-excited to be there. What has happened to friendly customer service? The lettuce looked a little wilted, so I went with spinach instead. The food was fairly good. I had a coupon and I am on a budget, so only the price on the coupon is what I wanted to spend. When the total on the screen showed a higher price than what my total should have been, I questioned the Sandwich Artist and she assured me the total was the coupon price plus tax. Later, on my receipt, I noticed that a tip had been added when I hadn't authorized it. She bold-faced lied to me. I don't appreciate that, and I won't be returning to this store. I am looking for the manager's information to contact them about this situation. These managers need to encourage better customer service.
This is absolutely the best Subway experience I 've had....the food was so fresh and you could taste every ingredient....Kenny- you are top notch, sir....should be manager or district manager to teach others about customer serviceWas in the middle of making his own lunch and made a custom sandwich called Mississippi Potroast .....literally, the best sandwich I 've ever eatin....bravo, sirI hope corporate promotes you for giving a damn ??
