Fresh Chef - Statesville

Will NEVER be back. If you are gluten sensitive or celiac do NOT go here. They claim to take measures for gluten sensitive people but they do not. I got someone else’s food and ate a few bites, realized it was teriyaki chicken and within 10 mins went to the bathroom throwing up sick. And to top it off, the manager basically told me it was impossible to happen which is laughable. They tried to make it better by giving us free appetizers for next time which we gave to someone else. Disrespectful and rude!!! Don’t ever try to put the blame on someone when THEY GOT SICK. Not once did they come back to check on me after they messed up!!!

Always do an awesome job. Brought in a 8 top last Wed to celebrate my Mom’s 87th Birthday. A 8 top with a high chair can be a challenge. The kitchen and our server did an amazing job. Truly a Statesville foodie gem. Keep up the great work Mel and Brad. ??

I went in to get a takeout order today and struck up a conversation with miss randy. she complimented my look (hers was equally as awesome) and told me she loved my earrings. she then pulled out a collection of halloween earrings and offered me a pair of no charge, just because. this was the sweetest thing ever and it made my whole day! i love and appreciate people like miss randy. plus, my teriyaki filet wrap was delicious.

First time there and the food was delicious!!!!! Staff was so friendly. We will definitely be going back. Thanks for the great food.

Amazing food tonight at Fresh Chef!! Mack/Hedda took great care of us, checking if we needed anything early and often. Chicken salad sandwich was great and Caesar Salad with Blackened Salmon was perfect. Thanks to the staff and Chef.
