Chili's Grill - Staunton

My dine in experience was a quick stop on my way down to Florida. Nice servers, space was a chili's, and food was basic but I came in late so idk. It was okay.

We have stopped at this Chili's several times while traveling. The experience today was one of the best. Our server/bartender McKenna was awesome! She checked on us often even though she had at least 8 tables as well as several patrons at the bar. She was able get a special request into the kitchen for my burger bites and gave us info on local craft breweries that we may be interested in. Our food was delicious... chips and salsa, we split a triple dipper with burger bites triple and 2 flavors of chicken crispers.

Great appetizers with plenty to share.Service was awesome,waitstaff friendly and attentive. Best burger I've had in a long time.

I had an incredibly positive experience at this Chilis because of their amazing employee Hayden who helped answer my questions about my to-go order as well as going out of his way to make sure it was prepared at exactly the time I knew I would arrive. It was hot, delicious, and waiting for me upon my arrival even though it was late at night. His customer service went above and beyond! (Apologies if I didn’t spell your name right, Hayden ?
