Chipotle Mexican Grill - Staunton

We have ate at many Chipotle’s over the years and this restaurant has the same thing in commen with all the rest. FILTHY, DISCUSTING, and not one employee cares the place is a pig sty. We left and bought nothing but hand

Nothing is good about this place, rude employees, awful food and tight parking

Can be crowded at times not very good parking but the food is always spot on, delicious, and cooked correctly the employees are down to earth and nice as well. It is a little more pricey but you get the quality you pay

I keep trying to give this Chipotle a chance, but 9/10x something is wrong with my order. Items are missed, the salsa is frozen, the meat is over cooked and dry. If you use the chipotle app to order the store won’t help you resolve the issue and the app will only give you a free item on your next visit instead of a refund. Take the extra time and drive to Waynesboro or Harrisonburg.

They had a rocky start (like a lot of places to be fair), but they seem to have come up to speed. Have had fast service, attention to detail, and quality food. What you would expect from Chipitle anywhere.
