Having visited many restaurants in the past, my recent experience at this establishment left me with mixed feelings. The fries were overcooked, the sauce that came with the meat was burnt and overly salty, and the duck was not up to par. I had been here with a group a few years ago and noticed some issues then as well. I had hoped that things would have improved over time, but it seems that is not the case, which is a shame because the restaurant itself is beautiful. I also found the servers to be a bit too familiar with the regular customers, not making an effort to interact with those they didn't know. Another thing that stood out to me was when I asked for a Savoyard raclette to share with my companion, I was told that the entire table would have to order one as well. I believe that if we are ordering something specific, it shouldn't be forced upon everyone else at the table. Overall, I am not sure if I will be returning for another dining experience in the near future.
Having frequented many restaurants, I had a mixed experience at this one. The fries were overcooked, the sauce with the meat was burnt and too salty, and the duck was a bit off. I had visited with a group a few years ago and noticed some flaws back then. I had hoped they would have improved over time, but it seems they haven't, which is a shame because it's a nice place. The servers were a bit too casual with the customers, using "you" instead of "you" for those they didn't know. Another thing that stood out to me was when I asked to have a Savoyard raclette with my partner, I was told that the entire table had to order it. I find it illogical to force everyone to order the same thing when each person should be free to choose what they want. Overall, I'm not sure if I would return for another dining experience in the future.
After being a regular at restaurants, this particular one left me with a mixed opinion. The fries were overcooked, the sauce that came with the meat was burnt and overly salty, and the duck was subpar. I had visited with a group a few years ago and noticed some issues then as well. I had hoped that things would have improved over time, but unfortunately, it seems that is not the case. It's a shame because the restaurant itself is beautiful. I also found the servers to be too casual with the customers, using informal language that may not be appropriate for strangers. Another point that stood out to me was when I requested a raclette for myself and my companion, we were told that the entire table had to order one as well. I believe that each person should be able to order what they want, without imposing on others. Overall, I'm not sure if I would give this restaurant another try in the future.
Accustomed to frequenting restaurants, this one left me a mixed opinion, such as the fries too cooked, the sauce that accompanies meat, a little burnt and too salty, the duck magret a little hard. I've already been there in a group a few years ago, and I remember that we've already found some gaps. I figured that over time, they might have improved, but I see that it's nothing, and it's a shame, because it's a beautiful place. I also found the head of the servers, a little too familiar with the clientele (the you instead of the you not top for people we don't know.) other thing that also marked me, I asked to eat a savoyard raclette with my partner, and it was answered that for that, the whole table had to take raclette. I find that if we, we wish that, it is not logical to impose it on the whole table, and the other people are free to eat what they desire. curious, though. short, not really sure at all to resound a new experience in a few years.
Inhabited to frequent the restaurants, this one left me a mixed opinion, like the fries too cooked, the sauce that accompanies the meat, a little burnt and too salty, the duck has a bit bad. I've been in a group a few years ago, and I remember that we've already found gaps. I thought that over time, they could have improved, but I see it's nothing, and it's a shame, because it's a nice place. I also found the head of the servers, a little too familiar with the clientele (the you instead of you not high for the people you don't know). another thing that also marked me, I asked to eat a savoyard raclette with my companion, and it was answered, that for that, the whole table had to take a raclette. I find that if we, we wish, it is not logical to impose it on the whole table, and others are free to eat what they desire. curious. short, not really sure at all to resound a new experience in a few years.
