Stavely Hotel Restuarant

We don't live in Stavely but will travel there to get the best Chinese food around. The owner is a great lady and always make you feel welcome. They have a buffet but we always order off the menu. Always good!

Always enjoy coming home to Stavely Alberta, little diner style cafe in theory brick hotel. Great Chinese food at small town prices that can't be beat for what you receive.

We had heard good comments about the Chinese food in the restaurant attached to the Stavely hotel. The restaurant is a typical Chinese restaurant which you find in small towns in western Canada which also offers Western food. The ambience is not good but it was clean and the service was great. We took in the all- you-can-eat buffet which is offered every Friday and Saturday from 5.00 PM until 7:30 PM. It is a great deal at $12.50 each including GST. This is a very popular event as there was line-ups waiting for a table. There was a good selection of food and it was very good. Good price for the budget traveller.

Well we have been here a few times now and its time for a review so he we go. Have eaten from the menu and the buffet and found both the same. A good consistent meal, mostly western Canadian style Chinese food. Not much in the way of seafood and what is available will have been frozen, just the way it is in smaller prairie towns. Compared to other towns in the area the Stavely Hotel has pretty good food.

Excellent Chinese food. The deluxe wonton soup is very filling and you don't need anything else. Very very affordable. It's the one place I always stop for a meal when I'm passing trough.
